Avocado is always available in the market. Whenever I want to make shake it’s just there, so I can make it anytime I want to. This may look different but the dark green on top is only a puree of the fruit which I tinted with 3 drops of Leaf Green Wilton icing color. I just enjoy colors:) As for the taste, it’s very ordinary, the usual combination of ice, milk, sugar, cream and avocado.
