We passed by a native restaurant along the Valencia City highway. It was a good place to dine because the space is wide and in open air. The huts made of bamboo and nipa make the place becoming. I told my husband we'll try it there for lunch. He nodded.
BUT... at 1 o' clock in the afternoon we were still in Victar, Valencia City, Bukidnon. Almost 2pm when we got back to the city. We badly needed to find another food establishment that's near; we're all starving. There was nothing to buy in the middle of the rice fields. With my husband's cousin as our guide, he brought us to a "carinderia" somewhere in Guinoyoran. We ordered the following:
