Lauyang Baboy

We had late lunch today. My husband arrived from his 36 straight hours of work around 1PM. No more available meat in the nearby shop at that time but pork bones, which is what I prefer for cooking Lauya. Beef is an alternative.

What I love about this is it's a dump-all-in dish; not to include the leaves, of course, for they should be added last.

Ingredients used are pork bones, ginger, siling-haba, pechay , onion leaves, lemon grass, salt and some MSG(optional).

*I use pressure cooker to save cooking time and gas. Approximately 20-25 minutes and the meat is done.

* I use just a little bit of MSG whenever I cook soup; when cooking other dishes I don’t.
